
Brendan Thomas Bell, affectionately known as Dinga, is a well-known and highly respected identity of the Red Cliffs community. He is a devoted husband, a father of seven children, grandfather of fourteen and great grandfather of one, with one on the way. Brendan has spent more than fifty years volunteering tirelessly in the community to develop, lead and support sport, education and community interests. Brendan was born in the summer of 1942 to parents Joseph and Eleanor Bell at the Red Cliffs Private Hospital. He was their second child, having had a daughter eighteen months earlier named Marie. Two daughters would follow with Cathy, born in 1947, and Lesley born in 1951.
